Jade Maris is one of the most exciting upcoming metal vocalists in the UK as an experienced performer, songwriter and vocal coach. Best known as lead-vocalist & songwriter in Prog-Metal band Vanitas, her original music gained over 60,000 streams across streaming platforms in 2024 alone. Jade’s work with both Vanitas and as a session vocalist for acts such as Fury has seen her perform across the UK and internationally at major festivals such as: Download Festival, Bloodstock Festival, UR Rock Festival Switzerland and Burn it Down Festival; supporting renowned artists in the metal scene such as 2023 Eurovision’s Voyager, Skid Row, Monuments, Creeper, Galactic Empire, Wargasm and more in her work as a vocalist so far.
This experience feeds directly into Jade’s work as a vocal coach and educator. Jade is passionate about providing a welcoming and hand-crafted experience for her vocal students as an experienced and qualified teacher, holding an RQF teaching qualification and first class (BA) Music degree. Jade has worked with a variety of ages and abilities both as a private vocal tutor and in a classroom setting; managing and designing curriculum for both college and university level music courses for the UK’s largest national independent training provider, and hosting her own tailored vocal masterclasses in the past.
Jade is additionally an active member of the Musician’s Union, she holds Public Liability insurance and a full enhanced DBS and is available now for private vocal tuition, vocal session work, features/song writing and more.

Jade Maris Vocals offers 1-hour 1:1 vocal lessons tailored to the individual student's needs covering aspects such as: vocal warm-ups/health, singing with distortion/grit safely, belting techniques, breath control, shaping tone & diction, false-cord screaming technique & much more.

Jade Maris Vocal lessons are available for both adult learners (18+) and for teenage students (ages 13-17) Jade Maris Vocals holds a full enhanced DBS and Public Liability Insurance.

For live vocal work Jade Maris Vocals is able to work with in-ear monitoring or use a monitor mix, and is comfortable performing to a click or backing track as required, Jade Maris Vocals can additionally provide her own in-ear monitoring if required.
